CHECK IN  AND IMPORTANT INFO

• We have three pods at The Sleepy Crofter Glamping site. One called Badger, one called Prawn and one called Lobster. 

​

• Prawn and Badger pod have a king bed and sleeps max 2 people. 

​

• Lobster pod has a king bed and a pull out double sofa bed. Lobster pod is ideal for small families. It sleeps either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old. An option to add any extra party members more than 2 adults onto your booking will be given at checkout. Please make sure you add any extra members to your party in order for us to provide you with extra bedding and towels.

• Guests can self check in via the key safe box on the outside of each pod. Guests will be sent a code for the key safe box one week prior to their first night's stay. 

​

• Self check in is from 3pm. 

​

• Check out is 10.00am. If you need to stay later for any reason please arrange with us in advance.  

​

• You can book directly online above. Use the availably chart above, at the top of the calendar you can change the unit name to either Badger, Lobster or Prawn and it will show you the availably for each specific pod.  

​

• We have a three night minimum on all stays and welcome longer stays of up to 30 nights. A 10% discount will be applied if you book for 7 nights. Please contact us if you have any questions about booking or have any special requirements and please be sure to read our cancelation policy before booking online. 

​

• We require full payment at the time of booking. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your first night's stay. If you cancel between 30 days and 14 days before your first nights stay you will receive a 50% refund and if you cancel within 14 days of your first nights stay no refund will be given. 

​

• If you would like to book two or all three pods, it's necessary to book each pod separately, sorry for the inconvenience, we are trying to update the website  and improve this feature. Please use the availability calendar to check your dates are available for each individual pod and then book separately. Alternatively please email, call or message us and we can check availability and can book multiply pods for you. Thanks for your patience! :)

• If you book for 7 nights, you will be given a 10% discount on your booking automatically at checkout.

• Follow us on Instagram for discounts, short notice availability, cancellations and special offers.

• We love dogs and are a dog friendly glamping site! Please no more than two dog per stay as the pods are cosy and snug and we feel any more would make an uncomfortable stay. There is an extra charge for a dog of per stay of £20. We kindly ask for your dog not to go into the bed or on the sofa. We will provide a small dog mat, water bowl and treats!
